As Catholics across the country prepare to mark the nation's 250th anniversary through prayer and renewal, registration has opened for a livestream of the Zeale for America 250 rally on June 13.
The event, hosted by CatholicVote at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is expected to draw participants from across the country for an afternoon celebrating faith, freedom, and the future of the U.S. The event is now sold out, and the livestream will allow those unable to attend in person to join the rally remotely.
The gathering serves as a centerpiece of the broader Zeale for America 250 movement, a national initiative CatholicVote launched in collaboration with Cardinal Raymond Burke as part of a broader effort to encourage prayer for the nation during the 250th anniversary year of American independence. CatholicVote is an official partner of the White House's America Prays initiative.
In addition to Cardinal Raymond L. Burke, the rally will feature speakers from sports, media, culture, faith, and public life, including Daily Wire host Michael J. Knowles, commentator Isabel Brown, Flourish’s Cecilia Jean, Baltimore Ravens Senior Offensive Assistant Coach Joe Lombardi, and Father Ambrose Criste, a Norbertine priest from St. Michael's Abbey in Orange County, California. Country music artist Bradley Banning is also scheduled to perform.
In addition to featured speakers and musical performances, attendees will have opportunities for Mass, confession, prayer before a relic of the True Cross of Christ, and participation in prayers for the renewal of the nation.
The Zeale for America 250 movement is rooted in devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus under the patronage of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Americas. Participants who register for the initiative receive access to spiritual resources, including Cardinal Burke's "Daily Prayer for America 250" and his eight-part video series on the Virtue of Patriotism.
