SYRIAN INTERIM GOVERNMENT KILLS THOUSANDS OF CIVILIANS

The Syrian interim government’s Security Forces have reportedly killed as many as 3,000 civilians, predominantly Alawites and also Christians, in response to a March 6 attack from remnants of Bashar al-Assad’s former regime. Syrian Christian leaders issued a joint statement condemning the violence and demanding restraint.

HHS AGENCY TO HOSPITALS NATIONWIDE: DON’T ‘MUTILATE’ CHILDREN

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services – an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) – sent out an alert to hospitals warning them that they are obligated to protect children from so-called "gender affirming care," which the federal agency described as “often irreversible chemical and surgical mutilation.”

PRIVATE SCHOOL KIDS WILL NOW FACE FORCED VACCINATION

According to a federal court ruling last week, New York’s vaccine mandate requiring all children to submit to vaccinations whether they attend public or private schools does not violate the First Amendment. Amish families may now face forced vaccinations of their children.

The Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights is investigating claims that public schools in Washington, DC, have been violating federal civil rights laws by failing to adequately support disabled children. DC public schools receive more complaints about special education services than any other state or territory.

Pope Francis’ health remains stable with slight improvement, according to the Vatican’s latest medical update. He attended a private Mass Sunday and issued a statement thanking his doctors and other medical staff for their care during his “prolonged hospitalization.”
