SCOTUS POISED TO RESHAPE WOMEN'S SPORTS NATIONWIDE

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to issue decisions by late June or early July in two major women’s sports cases that could determine whether dozens of states may enforce laws that bar male athletes from competing against women and girls.

HOUSE PASSES WAR POWERS RESOLUTION

Just after President Donald Trump yesterday suggested he would either get a deal with Iran or order new military strikes, the U.S. House passed a war powers resolution to limit his ability to renew hostilities. SCHOOL CHOICE EXPANDING ACROSS THE US

States across the U.S. are expanding school choice programs as lawmakers prepare for a new federal tax credit scholarship program. Nearly 30 states have opted into the federal K-12 education tax credit scholarship program created under President Donald Trump’s 2025 “One Big Beautiful Bill.” The program is scheduled to take effect at the beginning of next year.
