Eric Trump, the son of President Donald Trump, unveiled on March 30 renderings of his father’s future presidential library and museum — a roughly 50-story skyscraper planned for downtown Miami that would tower over the city’s skyline and bear Trump’s name near the building’s peak.
“Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team at @Trump,” Eric Trump wrote on X. “This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida, will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known. These images have never been seen by the public — until today. Enjoy!”

A roughly two-minute video posted to X and later shared by Trump on Truth Social shows a high-rise glass tower with a large red, white, and blue needle at the top. The design features the President’s last name across the facade, a large American flag draped down the center, and a gold arch bearing the presidential seal at the building’s entrance.
The renderings depict a grand atrium with a retired presidential jet displayed alongside other military aircraft. One clip from the video shows a golden statue of Trump with his fist raised on a stage inside an auditorium. The video also shows replicas of the Oval Office, the Rose Garden, and Trump’s anticipated presidential ballroom.
The project was designed by Florida-based architecture and engineering firm Bermello Ajamil, according to the video.
The proposed building is planned along Biscayne Boulevard on several vacant land plots currently used as parking lots, according to USA Today, which cited Miami-Dade County property records. The library would rise high above the nearby historic Freedom Tower, a well-known Miami landmark.
According to FOX Business, the roughly 2.6-acre lot is valued at more than $66 million. In December 2025, the Miami-Dade College board of trustees voted to donate the parking property for use as a presidential library. The property was first transferred to the state of Florida before being gifted to the foundation.
The Miami Herald reported that the Trump Presidential Library Foundation — registered as a nonprofit — plans to raise nearly $1 billion in donations over the next three years. Under the traditional presidential library model, such facilities are typically built with private funds and may later be transferred to the federal government for operation by the National Archives and Records Administration for long-term maintenance. Trump included a donation link in his Truth Social post.
