The Justice Department this week asked a federal judge to delay or dismiss a pro-life Louisiana lawsuit seeking to regulate abortion pills. The DOJ cited the Trump administration's promised safety review of mifepristone, arguing it could take another year to complete. Federal authorities have placed two federal immigration agents involved in the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Alex Pretti on administrative leave. Border Czar Tom Homan, meanwhile, has met with local Democratic leaders in Minnesota. Gov. Tim Walz is reported to have found common ground during an initial meeting with Homan.

TEXAS SUES DELAWARE ABORTION PILL TRAFFICKER
