US MAY BOMB IRANIAN BRIDGES, ELECTRIC PLANTS TONIGHT
President Donald Trump yesterday repeated his threat to bomb Iran “back to the Stone Age,” stating that if Iranian leaders do not agree to a ceasefire plan, he will destroy every power plant and every bridge in Iran over the course of four hours, beginning at 8 P.M. Eastern Time today. "The entire country could be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night,” he said at a White House press conference.
POPE CALLS FOR PEACE ON EASTER SUNDAY
During an Easter Sunday address, Pope Leo XIV called again for peace. “Let those who have weapons lay them down!” he said. “Let those who have the power to unleash wars choose peace! Not a peace imposed by force, but through dialogue! Not with the desire to dominate others, but to encounter them!”
