No rules. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The swing state. Debate America's most challenging topics. Donald Trump had his people take Roe versus Wade away, and what did she just say? If Donald Trump says we're going to Mars, we're going to Mars. If Donald Trump says we're going to go ahead and turn into midgets, we'll turn into midgets. That sounds like you're in a cult.

It sounds like you're mad because I'm voting for someone you don't like. No. No, I'm not mad that you voted for someone. It sounds like you're a little mad. Can I make one comment, please? Can I make one comment, sir? You said Donald Trump is leading all of those racists in the Republican Party? No, no, what I'm saying is racists follow all the racists voting for Donald Trump. I'm not racist. Thank you. I'm not racist. That's right. That's fine. I just want to clarify that.

Hey, and you know what? And I want to clarify this right in front of the camera. Thank you, sir, and you're not a racist. Thank you. Right in front of the camera. Us black folks who look at black people... Stop putting us black... My black people, my friends, not all, I don't speak for every black people. Me, my friends, any black person who votes for Donald Trump, we find that very odd, because that's voting against our own self-interest. That man, if he had his way, would have all of us back in the field pulling cotton, and all the Hispanics back out of the country.

Well, that might be true, but not the blacks pulling cotton. Shut up! That is my view. We're talking about race in the United States, when we didn't have the same views as... Dale, he would get very loud and laugh, so that intimidated me to make me feel like, well, maybe I shouldn't speak. Maybe my voice doesn't matter. Maybe I should just sit back and let his opinion be, because that's the way he was pushing his opinion on everyone. I want to put this out here.

Yeah! I am vehemently against. This form of tribalism that says, if you are white, you must think this way. If you are black, you must think this way. None of us are monoliths, and as you just quoted earlier, Martin Luther King judged someone by the content of the character, not by the color of their skin. So, I respect that you have your own personal view. You did also say you find it odd for a black person who votes Trump because it's against our self-interest.

Okay, well, I'm glad. Yep. And I'm also indigenous. Uh-huh. So, how do you think Native Americans feel about voting for Trump? Full-blooded Native Americans that I know can't stand that a**. And those are the Native Americans I don't know. Exactly. Because if we're talking the Green Bay, Wisconsin Native Americans, they're voting for Trump. Okay. So, you can't sit up here and say, well, the blacks that are voting for Trump, they're smoking molasses. No, I don't care what they're smoking. Because you're not a real black.

No, I didn't say you're not a real black. You're a racist. What? I think that's utterly ridiculous and very uninformed and unintelligent. We have our own reasons for who we vote for. It has nothing to do with, I'm black, so I'm going to vote for Trump. Can I ask a question along those lines? Sure. Okay.

So, for me personally, when January 6th happened, to me, that's a disqualifier. I didn't blame Trump, so there we go. Well, so that's my question. I did not blame Trump. I know. Did Trump walk down first? Nope. Thank you. All right. What am I welcome to? So, Trump organized the rally that day. The rally. Right. The rally. He invited people to come to D.C. for that. For the rally. Right. My question is, do you blame Trump for that? Because in my mind...

He invited people there, and with his words. Words. Now, he never is super clear, but he hints all over the time. In my opinion, if Trump hadn't invited them that day. They wouldn't have done that, and I think he wanted them to do that. The only reason they were there is because they believed his lie that he lost. It all goes back to Trump. Hold on, hold on. Tell them what Trump said. I want her to answer the question first. He said you have to fight like hell or you won't have a country left.

That's the evidence. That's all I wanted you to say. You were right there. To me, it gets really personal when it comes to Trump. I don't understand how some people can't see what I see about him, and so to have someone right in front of me who is choosing to ignore some unsavory things about his character, or choosing to believe that things don't happen until they're proven in a court of law, and vote for him anyway, to me, that's just dangerous for the country.

I would have to say this. We need to have a little bit of moral consistency here. Right. As much blame is going to be placed on former President Trump for what happened that day, circling back to you're from Kenosha, circling back to Black Lives Matters protests and rallies, are we also going to hold these organizations and peoples accountable for what happened after what they called for as well? I think if there's equal blame, then yes.

The official organization that is Black Lives Matter couldn't tell you who's in charge. It started in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It started in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It's not a scam. Was it a woman? It was two women and one man, and all they were trying to say was Black Lives Matter as much as white. That's all. People got it misconstrued. It ain't a scam. Why were they sued for the millions that were never put in? If that leader had said something to the effect of, I want you to go and fight like hell, something to the effect that hinted at violence the way I I think Trump's words hinted at violence.

If that was true, and if I knew about that, I would say yes. Then you're to blame. Is this some cash Trump session? Because I didn't sign up for this. Well, we signed up to talk about our thoughts, and that is my thought. I cannot think of something that someone who leads Black Lives Matter has said, we need to go out and be violent. If it was... She just said you need to donate, donate, donate, and then she was sued for fraudulent money.

No, she didn't. Yes, she was. Google it. I didn't. It's not violence, though. I always will say, absolutely, I will always look at both sides. Yeah, but it's so easy to see how, yeah, there were some people there who were like, oh, look, I'm walking in the Capitol. Neat. And there were some people there who were there in riot gear, you know, who were ready. If there were Black people storming the Capitol on January 6th, do you think they would have beat the shit out of the cops and went home?

I think Trump is... They'd be dead in the street. They weren't dead in the street after all these Black Lives Matter riots. No, they weren't, because apparently people love to play Black Lives Matter, and all it was saying was, our lives matter just as much as whites. Now, these other people, they took it all out of proportion. Like they said, now, the owners of Black Lives Matter, when it started, was very good. Then they started getting donations. They didn't ask for them, they were giving it to them because people wanted to march.

People wanted to buy shirts. Cool. I can understand people misrepresenting the money. But the purpose of what it was about is still the same. Right. Our lives matter just as much. The woman is facing federal charges. She took that money. She took my money. They asked for donations. They demanded it. Okay. In order for the United States to fix the Black Lives Matters. So, does that mean now all that Black Lives Matter is **** because of what one person did?

I believe Black Lives Matter was ****. Okay, well, sorry to say that, but we do feel that our lives matter in this country, just as much as everybody else. But do you see... But we're viewed differently here. You've even made that comment many times, and I'm sure when people watch this video, they're going to say, what the f*** is up with Ron Ware? I'm not going to say what the f*** is wrong with me. I'm biracial. Right. I don't understand why so many people would vote against their own self-interest.

Oh, here we go. Now it's against my self-interest. And you gonna vote for Pomp and Circumstance? What were the laws that Trump was acting when he first ran? I like Trump. Yes, what were the laws that he was an actor? Build that wall. Our country is too big for that. A law has never solved a problem, man. Dale was very aggressive for him to say that I should feel less than an African American because I want to vote for Trump.

What? What I said was... I find it real hard to believe how Black people would vote against their own self-interest. She dictates her self-interest. Exactly. So, it is not up to you to say that she is voting against her self-interest because she has a different view than you. So, to the accountability... Oh, I'm sorry. That's my opinion. She's voting against her self-interest. But are we forming a cohesive society when we are calling to question people's identity? Simply because they have different views.

Will you practice the accountability? You want me to apologize? I'm so sorry if you feel that I felt that way. I'm very sorry. That is not what I'm here for, okay? I am only here to talk my truth. I'm only going to tell the things that I've experienced in my life, what I've seen. These are my thoughts, and these are my opinions. I do not judge you, you, you, or you, because I'm going to let that camera right there do the judging when everybody else watches.

For me... I can't vote for a person who wants to put me, as I feel, back in the field, and who's voting and taking rights away from my family. Why the f*** would I go vote for the Klan? Why would I go sit here with Klan members? These guys are actual racists. We vote for what's best for us, right? Now, if this guy is offering what's best for my family, and this guy isn't, I got to vote over here. Hold on.

No. But, sir. I'm sorry if she's crying. Why are you crying? Because what you're saying is disrespecting- Because you can't stop screaming at me. I'm not screaming at you! Sir, you're yelling about me voting for Trump. Sir, sir, no! I'm not yelling about you voting for Trump. You may vote who you want to, ma'am. Disrespecting my blackness. I'm not disrespecting your blackness! You did! Me, as a black person, just can't vote. I can't vote for somebody in the clean, okay? CeCe was emotional.

It's almost like she felt like she was being guilt-shamed. There were times during our talk- I would actually hold her hand just to kind of reassure her. She felt like she was being attacked. I will never call into question your identity and your blackness, and if we want to come together as a society, we cannot have this. Okay.

I grew up in Green Bay, okay, so I know about racism. Having grown up that way and having the political views that I have now... That doesn't make me less black. No, it doesn't. It doesn't make me... You are the same person... It doesn't make me turning away from the African-American community or shading my blackness because I'm voting for someone that you said is a member of the Ku Klux Klan. I mean, I didn't see a Ku Klux Klan mega hat on.

I'm sorry. But you're sitting here, and you're telling me that I'm disrespecting my Blackness, and it hurts. I don't think I ever said you were disrespecting your Blackness, and I would like to see that on film if I actually said them words. I feel Trump's racist. Then when I see Blacks who vote for this matter.

That's what really gets my blood boiling. She said he's a great businessman. Well, did you know about his businesses? Did you know that he had four casinos that went bankrupt? That's not good freaking business to me. Do your homework. Know who you're voting for.

Cece, why did you vote for Trump? Because I liked his views, and I liked what he was stating. Views on what? Immigration, immigrants, the rapists and the killers. I lived in Georgia, so the language in Georgia was Spanish. Anywhere that you would... I could call, I could call the Speedway. What's wrong with that? What's wrong with that? As long as they can also speak English to you. Then English should be the first language that they speak to me. How about that?

We're in America. But why is that such a big f***ing deal? Because this is a free country. If people come here, if people come here, then they should learn the language. They shouldn't expect us to change our language because they want to come the f*** over here. How do you sound in... Say, having a conversation, and she was hot off of something else, and she said that I sounded stupid.

That I had a problem with. Because I'm trying to lead with compassion, and to have someone tell me that that sounds stupid, that's offensive. It's offensive. You sound ludicrous is what you sound. English is the lingua franca of our day, which means that it is the most commonly spoken language in the world. That's not to our fault, and that's not to our credit. And there's nothing wrong with learning a second language to help your fellow man. Learning a second language is interesting.

Now, speaking from my perspective, go to France without speaking French and see how you get treated. Yeah. Go to Mexico. Thank you. As a gringo. Thank you. Demanding that they speak English. Thank you. Instead of you learn Spanish. Amen. We allow people to come into our country without even trying to assimilate to the culture at all. Amen. And I don't agree with that at all. Amen. I might not be as impassioned as Miss Cece on the topic, but I did find it strange going to Florida a few months ago.

They are racist. Where, I guess there was a A concert, which has just let out when I got to downtown Orlando, and I was asking, because I saw all these beautiful women coming, where they were coming from, and I was surprised to see people go from English to speaking to me in Spanish, and when I said, I'm sorry, I don't know, she said, what do you mean you don't know this is Florida? I'm like, yeah, it's Florida. Right. America. Yeah, amen.

Why are you looking at me as if I'm the weirdo? Right. For speaking the native language. I'm sick of feeling like a foreigner in my own country. Somebody looked at you as a weirdo. Because I didn't speak Spanish. Not because he was black. Is that dead? Can you believe it? It wasn't because he was black. Thank you for bringing the black up. I would like to learn how to coexist with people that I don't like, that I vehemently disagree with, or whatever, but still have this humanistic affirmation of who you are.

You have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And, to me, that starts with having thoughtful conversations and seeing you as a human being. It actually starts with you. What you're saying is very good. You said, I want to understand why people vote for Trump, because obviously millions do.

Millions do. So, the question is, why? And then, whatever they say, that is their point of view, and we just have to understand that. I chose to vote for Trump the first time because of his views. At that time, we were living in Georgia. I feel, and I felt then, and I feel now that this country... It needs to be ran more like a business, because running it like a country has ran it into the ground. We are so many trillions upon trillions of dollars in debt.

We send so many other war countries trillions and trillions in help and aid. Who comes to save us? I'm tired of it. If that's the way we're going to run this country, we need to run it like a business. I'm voting for Trump. Any of the unsavory things that Trump has done or been accused of, is that enough for you to not vote for him, and does that affect your opinion of him as a person? The first time that I heard grab him by the ****, I laughed.

Why laugh? I thought it was funny. I'm one of the... My father was an NFL player. I've always been part of the boys' club. I know it's not politically correct. Crass humor. I laughed. Now, I have a 17-year-old daughter. Do I think it's funny? No, but she would not be on any type of bus, boat, plane, anything where she would be with older gentlemen. She wouldn't put herself in that position, and I wouldn't allow her to. But what if Trump is that man?

What makes you think that my daughter would be close to Trump? Why would you vote for a man that you might think is dangerous? No, no, no. I didn't say it was dangerous. That's what he said on the bus when he told the dude. I mean, I'm trying to get a question answered. Let's reprimand every entertainer. Who's ever said anything that they shouldn't have said. Let's say he did rape Carol Jean, whatever her name is. Let's say if he really did.

No, I would not want to vote for a rapist. He was found guilty of raping. How much time did he do? There are people whose opinions can be influenced. There are people who are borderline, and then there are people who are steadfast. If you meet someone who are open to listening, those are the ones that you can engage with, provide alternate perspectives, and also hear their perspectives and experiences.

Just being an example of something better is enough to change some people. But if you can do better, Than being just an example. What more change can you create? I've grown as a person by having a more diverse group of friends, by meeting new people and having new experiences, going other places, just realizing that our country is so diverse. And if I can continue to listen to other people's perspectives, I will be a more compassionate person. I will be a smarter person.

I will make decisions that affect myself and my fellow man with more wisdom. I love people that I very much disagree with. But if we can come together on, you know what, I love you, I like you, and I want you to be okay, if we can be like that as a country, it might sound Pollyanna, but then we will be okay, and I want to be a part of that.

Agreed. Yeah, thank you. Mine's real simple, so I go back to the Bible. I feel like if you disagree with me, It's hard to disagree with the good Lord, right? And he says, love the Lord your God with all your heart, your soul, and your mind, and do unto others as you would have done unto you. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Treat people the way you want to be treated, and expect great things out of yourself and from others.

The minute you know more truth and facts that's going on, then you can make your own decisions and start judging when you know what's real. I don't care who you vote for, as long as you understand who you're voting for and you know all the facts. Then when you make your decision, go ahead. Now, if you can get upset with me on my decision, yes. Sorry. I can get upset with other people on their decision. We just have differences of opinion.

Now, this country, yes, racism is hell. Systemic racism is still embedded in this country, and until people actually learn all facts, true history, what really went on, you won't really truly understand. But to come together and have this conversation, thank you, because that's all this is about. So, please, find out true facts in American history. Then start making your decision, because it will change.

What I take away from this is that... Well, you can't stand Trump, and there's no way of swaying you to vote for him. No. There is no way of swaying me for voting for who I'm going to vote for. But I will be, in effect, more respectful and say it in a meaningful way, not a mean way. Mean. Meaningful, not mean. I like that. I like that. Tell Lori Ling about that. For me, personally...

In other countries, they don't get to have this. They die for having this conversation, because it goes against what leadership and government stands for. This is something you can't have in Iraq. So, I like to listen to this conversation and appreciate that this is what, when you say on November 11th, Veterans Day, veterans fight for what we're doing right here, right this minute. This is what veterans fight for. That's my perspective.

There was no time allowed for depth and really debate, per se. It was more people speaking about our personal preferences and our feelings rather than getting to the nitty-gritty about some of these topics. We promote love, not hate, and this was people's playtime. I'm glad I did this. I was a little nervous coming in that it would be an emotionally exhausting experience, and in a way it was, but it was also very rewarding, and you often don't get the reward without the work, and I think we did a lot of the work today.

I feel great. I love talking about issues like this. I'm going to say my opinion. If you don't like it, you don't like it. That's cool, but that's what we're here for. Stuff like this, I learned a lot.

The chef was great. The food was great. Environment was great. The debate was good until it got, you know, aggressive. Until that happened, I had a really, really good experience. If this country could stop shelving and stop belittling, I think we could get a lot, a lot of things done.

He was passionate. I was emotional. I thought there were some good points of view. I thought we could be, hopefully, everybody learned a lot. I know I did. I learned a lot moving forward.
